Minimum qualifications: MLS/MLIS/MIS degree from an ALA-accreditedprogram or other relevant advanced degree with focus in statistics, servicedesign, business analytics, data science, qualitative research or relateddiscipline.  Proven experience applyingquantitative and qualitative assessment methodologies; strong analytical andinnovative problem-solving skills; experience developing and implementingsuccessful assessment programs to achieve measurable outcomes; in depth knowledgeof various statistical software such as SPSS, NVivo, Tableau, etc. and datavisualization platforms; working knowledge of basic Microsoft Officeapplications.  Excellent interpersonalskills, with the ability to establish positive and productive collaborationsworking with diverse audiences and colleagues throughout the Libraries andbeyond; excellent oral and written communication skills, especially whenpresenting data; ability to work evenings and/or weekends.

Preferred qualifications: Additional advanced degrees.
